1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using KronusX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Authorized use only

You may only test infrastructure that you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized testing of third-party systems is a violation of these terms and may violate applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), Computer Misuse Act, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have obtained all necessary authorizations to test the target infrastructure
• You will not use the Service against critical infrastructure, government systems, healthcare systems, or financial institutions without explicit authorization
• You accept full legal responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We accept cryptocurrency payments only, processed through OxaPay. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused time, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the Service
• Review your plan selection carefully before completing payment
• Chargebacks and payment disputes will result in immediate account termination
• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature; ensure your selection is correct before sending funds
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must initiate a new payment each billing cycle

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service unavailability, network failures, or maintenance windows.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Target systems without explicit authorization
• Resell access to your account or share credentials
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Attack our infrastructure, employees, or other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice and without refund. Termination decisions are final.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
